Its striking exterior, with concrete, metallic assemblies, and extensive glazing represents a new era in industrial architecture. A central atrium serves as the building’s focal point, showcasing connectivity and the facility’s commitment to innovation and sustainability through photovoltaics, rainwater collection, thermal massing, and a perforated exoskeleton. The interior program includes spaces for in-house manufacturing, research, and testing processes.
